Can I book and cancel flexibly in the current period?
In order to give you maximum flexibility and security when booking and traveling, we have adapted our cancellation conditions to the current circumstances.
If you cancel due to a travel restriction up to 30 days before departure, you will be reimbursed 60% of the costs and 40% as a voucher. Up to 29 days before departure you will receive a 100% voucher / unlimited amount of the amount paid. So nobody loses money and we have planning security.
How safe are our vehicles?
Before being picked up, our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out and the interior is also disinfected!

How old do I have to be to rent a camper from Wohnmobile Kraus?
From the age of 18 you can rent a vehicle from us without additional costs or higher deposits.
How much drivers are alloud by booking a car?
A total of two drivers are free of charge, from the third driver you pay € 50 once.
Each driver must be entered on the rental contract with ID and driver's license information.
Is there a mileage limit?
You have 250 kilometers free for each paid rental day!
Is there a minimum rental period?
We have a minimum rental period of 2 rental days.
How are our vehicles insured?
Our vehicles are fully insured and have a deductible in the event of damage per damage of € 1500.
Is it possible to bring a dog?
Yes, if the interior is not clean when the vehicle is returned, it costs tenants with a dog an extra cleaning fee of € 100.
Camping with Kids possible?
Camping is the best way to travel for children, and families of all sizes are of course very welcome!

What does a camper cost?
We have different models from small to large, so the prices differ from 25, - € per rental day - 150, - € everything is possible.
Which vehicles does our fleet offer?
From VW Caddy Camping to VW Ocean 6.1, VW Beach Tour 6.1 and Pössl 2 Win Plus as well as Elegance / pop-up roof, there is a large selection!
What extras can I borrow / rent to my camper?
We have bike racks, child seats, mobile camping toilets, extra camping chairs (two per booking + table included), camping dishes, camping pots and pans, 20 liter shower bags for the tailgate, Costa boards for fitness or just for the fun of dry surfing!
What is included in my booking, what does the rental fee include?
The rental flat rate includes filled gas bottles or gas bottle, cable reel, euro plug for electricity, camping table and camping chair 2x, instruction vehicle and personal return of the vehicle.
What does a bike rack cost me?
One Time 50,-€.
Is there a trailer coupling?
We do not have any vehicles with towbars.
When do I have to pay for my booking?
A deposit of € 500 is to be transferred directly after booking. The remaining amount must be credited to our account no later than 60 days before departure.
How should i pay my booking?
Preferably via bank transfer, on request it can also be done by credit card or in cash when the vehicle is picked up, but a special agreement must be made with us.
Can I cancel extras that have already been booked?
We will find a solution.
What are the cancellation conditions outside of the pandemic times (Covid 19)?
In the event of cancellation 120 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental costs are due, from 30 days before the start of the trip the full rental price is due. If the vehicle is not picked up, either through or through no fault of its own, the full rental price is also due.
How much is the deposit / excess?
The deposit is € 1500.
How can the deposit be deposited?
The deposit can be deposited via bank transfer before collection, in cash upon collection or via credit card as a reservation booking upon collection.

What are the opening times?
By making an appointment from Monday to Sunday 8 a.m. to Sunday 8 p.m. everything is possible!

How does the handover of the vehicle work?
When you hand over your fully fueled and cleaned camper including a key. You will receive a detailed briefing on all the important functions and equipment of your camper and of course you will also have the opportunity to clarify any unanswered questions about your camper and the rental. There is a rental contract / handover protocol in which the condition of your camper and the handover of the (booked) extras are recorded. Please remember to show the identification documents and driver's licenses of all registered drivers upon handover. Allow about 45-60 minutes for the handover. We'll take the time for you if it takes longer.
What is the fuel policy like?
You will receive a fully fueled vehicle and bring it back with a full tank.
Who pays the tolls?
This is always paid by the tenant himself.
Can I spontaneously extend my trip?
If the camper is still available after your rental period, this is possible after a telephone consultation!
What do I do in the event of damage?
Contact the landlord, call the police, hand over the completed accident report with the place, time and circumstances of the accident to the landlord when the vehicle is returned.
Is smoking allowed in the vehicle?
No, you will be billed at € 500.
What do I do if the interior is damaged?
Please inform us immediately if something is defective or damaged in the interior, regardless of whether it was your fault or not. As far as possible, we will help you directly with the problem solving or recommend a suitable workshop. At the same time we take care of the procurement of spare parts so that the camper can be repaired quickly.
Who is liable for administrative offenses during the rental period?
The tenant is fully liable for this, we pass the address on to the authorities.
Are there any extra fees due to fines?
Yes, due to the considerable processing effort, we charge a flat fee of € 20, very little compared to all other providers in the industry!
What is the camper's cleaning policy?
You get your camper cleaned inside and out by us.
On return, the inside of the camper must be vacuumed and wiped back, otherwise we will charge € 100 - € 300, depending on how dirty the vehicle is or the size of the vehicle.
What else do you have to consider when returning the camper?
Return the booked extras cleaned and with a full tank.

Difficult, but we will find a solution, as we are renting in the city center, we can be easily reached by public transport via U-Bahn (Silberhornstrasse) or S-Bahn Rosenheimerplatz!
